I wanted to take a second to check in on you. Though things seem to be dying down they still feel a bit chaotic and uncertain. It can be hard to focus on anything, let alone ourselves so today I wanted to take a moment to encourage you to take some time for yourself. Whether it is taking a relaxing bath, reading a great book, meditating, or just remembering to breathe. We have to stay strong and remember to not put ourselves on the back burner and forget that we have to recharge. Take some time (it can be 5 mins, trust me it makes a difference) to do something that makes you feel good.
